G1 - Crossword and Word Search for Vocab. List #2 DUE. Daily Oral Grammar Exercises #11-14. I collected Daily Oral Grammar sheets for a grade today. Next, we read "The Suitors" (handout), "The Test of the Bow," and started reading "Death in the Great Hall." Students completed study guide questions as we read each section and turned in the worksheet for "Beggar... Suitors... Test". We will have to finish reading the story in class on Friday. G2 - Passed back graded work. This class received Mythology research papers back today. We discussed what their scores mean and how I looked at them in terms of a "Mastery" learning scale. G3 - Rough Drafts of the Trend Analysis paper DUE today for peer-editing. I ran through some samples and asked students to CAREFULLY peer-edit today. These papers probably have a long way to go, but I ask that you do everything you can to make sure it is the best it can be for Friday when I take them home for the weekend.
